Key Responsibilities
- check_circleEnsure compliance with regional, local, and U.S. export and import control laws
- check_circleAct as liaison among internal groups to ensure adherence to trade management regulations
- check_circleProvide import and export clearance support for inbound and outbound shipments
- check_circleDirect external freight forwarders, brokers, and couriers on clearance instructions
- check_circleProvide analysis and regulatory guidance on preferential warehousing and trade agreement programs
- check_circleConduct and report on internal business assessments regarding trade control procedures
- check_circleDesign and implement solutions for business projects including supply chain support
- check_circleSupport integration of trade management processes with new businesses post-acquisition
- check_circleManage metrics reporting process including data analysis and recommendations to management
- check_circleIdentify root causes and resolve issues pertaining to compliance impacts
- check_circleCreate written procedures and policies to comply with internal and external customer requirements
- check_circleMaintain operational processes to ensure an efficient and productive workflow
Requirements
