We are seeking experienced Litigation Paralegals to join our Toxic Tort practice group. This role is designed for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and are passionate about complex civil litigation. You will be an integral part of a unified team, managing multiple complex matters simultaneously and working closely with attorneys to advance client interests.
In this position, you will handle the full lifecycle of case management, from monitoring filings and reviewing extensive discovery documents (including medical and employment records) to drafting pre-trial motions and composing detailed case assessments. Success in this role requires a high degree of organization, the ability to prioritize shifting deadlines, and strong communication skills to interface effectively with attorneys, clients, and administrative staff.
