Our experienced crews build tower and network facilities for major PCS cellular carriers, private and public enterprises, public safety agencies, and utilities.
As a member of our team based out of Grand Island, Nebraska, you will be responsible for installing, inspecting, and maintaining wireless radio and antenna systems on towers, rooftops, and other elevated structures. This role involves mounting antennas, running coax, scoping fiber runs, and assembling structures such as monopoles and guyed towers.
You will work in all weather conditions, often performing physically demanding tasks such as climbing vertical towers up to 500 feet while carrying your own body weight plus equipment. The position requires the ability to troubleshoot RF and microwave systems, operate various power and hand tools, and manage crew members when required. While crews are based in Nebraska, the role involves travel away from home up to 75% of the time, including weekends, for local or regional site work.
To apply, candidates must be willing to reside within a daily commutable distance from the crew base in Grand Island, Nebraska. Please note that we do not currently offer a rotation schedule for this position.
