The Foreman serves as the critical link between field operations and project success, leading crews in the deployment and maintenance of complex cellular infrastructure. This role is designed for candidates with extensive experience in cell site construction, fiber, coaxial cable, and antenna installation. You will be responsible for supervising and assisting with the installation and testing of cell sites, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of safety and quality.
In this position, you will lead experienced technicians while simultaneously training new team members. Your day-to-day involves planning daily activities, assigning tasks, and reading complex site plans and tower drawings to create precise rigging plans. You will oversee the installation of mounts, platforms, antennas, and transmission lines on towers, rooftops, and other structures, as well as the testing of new and existing equipment. Success in this role requires a detail-oriented approach and a strong commitment to maintaining safe, productive job sites in all weather conditions.
