Tower Foreman

About the Role

The Foreman serves as the critical on-site leader for complex cell site deployments, fiber, coaxial cable, and antenna installations. This position exists to ensure that high-stakes construction tasks are executed with precision, safety, and efficiency. You will be the bridge between project planning and field execution, responsible for supervising and assisting with the installation and testing of cell sites across towers, rooftops, and other structures.

In this role, you will lead experienced technicians while simultaneously mentoring new hires, fostering a culture of safety and productivity. Your day-to-day involves interpreting site plans and tower drawings, creating rigging plans, and overseeing the installation of critical infrastructure such as mounts, platforms, antennas, and transmission lines. Whether troubleshooting RF issues, performing sweep and PIM testing, or managing underground conduits, you will ensure every detail meets the rigorous standards required to expand and upgrade cellular networks.

Work Environment

This is a dynamic, outdoor role that demands adaptability. You will work in all weather conditions, including snow, rain, and varying temperatures, often requiring daily climbing and physical exertion. The position requires a strong commitment to safety first, ensuring that all company procedures and safety rules are strictly followed while maintaining a productive job site.
