About the Role
As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be the face of Newhouse Towing, responsible for safely operating a company truck and assisting customers in a fast-paced environment. This role exists to ensure that time-sensitive situations are handled with professionalism, clear communication, and a calm demeanor.
You will respond to dispatched calls that vary day to day, ranging from roadside assistance to vehicle transport. The job requires you to interact with customers who may be stressed or in difficult situations, representing the company with integrity. You will be trusted to handle calls independently while maintaining accountability and awareness of your surroundings.
Training and Growth
No prior experience is required for this position. We provide hands-on training for the right candidate, offering you the opportunity to learn the ropes and become part of a company that values reliability and takes pride in doing the job right. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic who can represent the company professionally in all situations.
