Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDevelop performance metrics for tool design and fabrication operations
- check_circleDevelop training materials for tool acquisition procedures and web-based applications
- check_circleConduct training sessions for recently merged Tooling teams
- check_circleHarmonize tool request systems across RAY, RIS, and other Raytheon tooling groups
- check_circleUpdate Tool Engineering team special tooling acquisition processes in compliance with FAR regulations
- check_circleGuide the transition from ZITOOL to TPRS systems
Requirements
- verifiedU.S. citizenship required
- verifiedBachelor's degree in STEM
- verified10 years relevant experience
- verifiedExperience training tooling professionals
- verifiedExperience developing performance metrics for tooling operations
Nice to Have
Experience with government property requirements associated with the acquisition of Special Tooling. Prism ZITOOL function experience. Previous Prism BPE experience. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience with SAP/Prism. Basic Creo & PDM experience.
