About the Role

The Title Officer is a pivotal role within our Austin, Texas team, responsible for researching and interpreting real estate documents, district court proceedings, probate cases, and surveys. This position requires making insurability decisions and translating title insurance guidelines with precision.

Beyond technical execution, this role is defined by "Truly Remarkable Service." We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and well-organized individual with a strong work ethic who desires to find solutions that help customers have a remarkable closing experience. You will be the face of our company, creating a positive image through professional appearance, actions, and conduct with both fellow employees and customers. Success in this role demands the ability to communicate effectively with escrow staff, underwriting attorneys, and co-workers, while demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
