The Title I Instructional Support Specialist is a pivotal role designed to provide targeted instructional support to classroom teachers, strengthening Tier I instruction and improving student outcomes. This position focuses on implementing high-quality, evidence-based instructional practices and analyzing student data to inform teaching strategies.
Communication and relationship building are critical to this role. You will work collaboratively with teachers, instructional teams, and administration to promote academic success for all students, with a specific emphasis on supporting those at risk of not meeting grade-level standards. By engaging in structured coaching cycles and facilitating reflective dialogue, you will help foster a culture of continuous improvement across the division.
