Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSafely mount, balance, rotate, and install tires and wheels on passenger vehicles and light trucks
- check_circleOperate tire changers, balancers, lifts, and related shop tools in a safe and efficient manner
- check_circleFollow all safety procedures including proper use of personal protective equipment and vehicle lifting practices
- check_circleProvide friendly, professional customer service and clearly explain basic tire service needs
- check_circleSupport inventory tasks including receiving, organizing, and stocking tires and wheels
- check_circleMaintain a clean, organized work area and assist with general shop housekeeping
- check_circleWork collaboratively with team members to meet service time and quality standards
- check_circleInspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation while performing flat repairs
Requirements
- verifiedValid driver's license with clean driving record
- verifiedTire Industry Association (TIA) Basic Automotive Tire Service Certification
- verifiedASE T8 Truck Tire Certification (preferred)
- verifiedOSHA safety training (preferred)
