Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSafely mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires and wheels on passenger vehicles and light trucks
- check_circleOperate tire changers, balancers, jacks, and lifts according to safety and shop standards
- check_circleAssist customers and teammates by explaining basic tire services and maintenance needs
- check_circleMaintain a clean, organized service bay and follow all safety and PPE procedures
- check_circleSupport inventory tasks including stocking, tagging, and organizing tires and wheels
- check_circleCollaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer experience
- check_circleInspect tires, wheels, and valve stems for wear, damage, and proper inflation while reporting safety concerns
