Discount Tire is seeking a Tire Technician to join our skilled labor team within our retail automotive service centers. This on-site position is designed for individuals who take pride in precision and safety, ensuring every vehicle receives expert care. You will be the backbone of our service bays, mounting, balancing, rotating, and repairing tires while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy.
In this role, you will work closely with teammates to deliver friendly, efficient service that reflects our customer-first culture. Your day will involve operating specialized shop equipment, adhering to strict safety procedures, and keeping service bays clean and organized. Beyond the technical tasks, you will communicate clearly with customers about recommended services, supporting a team dedicated to excellence and safety.
