About the Role
In this on-site position, you will be the backbone of our service operations, ensuring safety and delivering excellent customer service. Your day will involve mounting, balancing, rotating, and repairing tires for passenger and light truck vehicles while operating shop equipment with precision. You will perform basic inspections on tires, wheels, and vehicle components to identify wear or safety issues, maintaining a clean and organized work area that complies with company and OSHA guidelines. Beyond the technical work, you will collaborate with teammates to meet productivity goals and provide friendly, respectful service by explaining tire and service information to our customers.
