About the Role
Join Discount Tire as a Tire Technician in our Automotive department. You will be the backbone of our service operations, ensuring vehicles remain safe and road-ready for our customers. This role is designed for individuals who take pride in their craft and enjoy delivering friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment.
In this position, you will utilize shop equipment and adhere to strict safety procedures to mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on passenger vehicles and light trucks. Beyond the technical tasks, you will act as a trusted advisor, inspecting tires and wheels for wear or damage and recommending appropriate services to keep our customers moving safely. You will also play a key role in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe shop environment while supporting teammates to contribute to a positive, high-volume culture.
