About the Role
As a Tire Technician, you will be the backbone of our service bay. This hands-on role is designed for individuals who take pride in their craft and enjoy working directly with customers. You will be responsible for installing, repairing, rotating, and balancing tires on passenger vehicles and light trucks, ensuring every job meets our high safety and efficiency standards.
Your day will involve operating lifts, jacks, and shop equipment while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Beyond the technical work, you will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, explaining tire conditions and supporting safe driving decisions with clear, friendly communication. You will also perform basic vehicle safety checks, including tire tread and pressure inspections, contributing to a positive and inclusive culture alongside your teammates.
