About the Role
In this on-site position, you will be the backbone of our service operations, ensuring safety and delivering excellent customer service. Your day will involve mounting, balancing, rotating, and repairing tires for passenger and light truck vehicles while operating shop equipment with precision. You will collaborate with teammates in a fast-paced environment to meet productivity goals, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and provide friendly, respectful service by explaining basic tire and service information to our customers.

- check_circleOperate tire changers, balancers, lifts, and related shop equipment according to safety standards
- check_circleMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company and OSHA guidelines
- check_circleProvide friendly, respectful customer service and explain basic tire and service information
- check_circleFollow all Discount Tire procedures, including torque specs and quality checks
- check_circleAssist with inventory handling, stocking, and movement of tires and wheels

Requirements
