About the Role
As a Tire Technician, you will be the backbone of our automotive team, responsible for mounting, balancing, rotating, and repairing tires for a diverse clientele. This role exists to ensure every vehicle leaves our bay safe, balanced, and ready for the road. You will work with modern tire equipment, adhering strictly to manufacturer guidelines and shop procedures while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Your day will involve performing basic vehicle inspections, diagnosing tire wear and damage, and executing flat repairs using industry-approved methods. Beyond technical tasks, you will serve as a friendly point of contact for customers, communicating clearly with service advisors and teammates to maintain efficient workflows and high guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- check_circleMount, dismount, balance, and rotate passenger and light-truck tires using shop equipment
- check_circleInspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation; recommend appropriate services
- check_circlePerform flat repairs following industry-approved procedures and safety standards
- check_circleAssist with basic vehicle inspections including brakes, alignment concerns, and fluid checks
- check_circleOperate tire changers, balancers, torque wrenches, and related automotive tools correctly and safely
- check_circleMaintain a clean, organized bay and follow all safety and housekeeping standards
- check_circleDocument services performed and communicate clearly with service advisors and customers
- check_circleSupport teammates during peak periods to maintain efficient workflow and guest satisfaction
Requirements
