About the Role

Join a terminal in Nashville, TN, that is growing fast and backed by strong leadership, steady freight, and a driver-first culture. This role offers dedicated freight with new lanes secured for CDL-A drivers ready to roll. The position is designed for drivers seeking real change and a consistent work-life balance through daily home time.

You will operate on a Monday–Friday day schedule, typically running 5 days per week with early morning starts and 12-hour shifts. The role involves multiple shorter runs within a 150-mile radius, often starting from the yard, CSX, or IMC. Live load appointments are serviced first, while drop lanes tend to occur in the afternoon as filler freight. Drivers have the flexibility to run multiple loads per day, with some optional weekend work available depending on pre-pull needs.

The terminal offers a secure yard with an electric fence, gate, and cameras for overnight truck storage. Drivers enjoy the control of no forced dispatch, allowing them to manage their own schedules. With freight volume rising from Memphis and Kentucky and the Nashville market booming through year-end, this role offers the opportunity to lock in a lane for the long run.
