About the Role
In this on-site position, you will be the backbone of our service operations, ensuring safety and delivering excellent customer service. Your day will involve mounting, balancing, rotating, and repairing tires on passenger and light trucks while operating specialized shop equipment. You will perform basic vehicle inspections to identify wear or safety issues, maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA guidelines, and collaborate with teammates to meet productivity goals. Beyond the technical work, you will provide friendly, respectful service by explaining tire and service information to our customers.
