Key Responsibilities
- check_circleMount, dismount, rotate, and balance tires and wheels on passenger and light trucks
- check_circleInspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and safety issues; perform basic repairs and patches
- check_circleSafely operate lifts, jacks, and tire-changing equipment according to shop standards
- check_circleAssist customers by explaining tire services and basic maintenance recommendations
- check_circleFollow all safety, cleanliness, and housekeeping standards in the service bay and shop areas
- check_circleMaintain accurate service documentation and adhere to company procedures
- check_circlePerform TPMS service and basic vehicle inspections
