As a Customer Service Coordinator at our Atlanta West location, you will serve as the vital link between our customers and our maintenance operations. Your primary mission is to ensure Penske Rental units are meticulously maintained and prepared for our clients. You will manage the daily rhythm of the shop by developing workforce plans that balance customer needs, unscheduled repairs, parts availability, and technician skills to maximize both productivity and service quality.
In this role, you will coordinate outside repairs, hold vendors accountable for quality and schedules, and communicate directly with customers regarding maintenance updates, billing concerns, or service resolutions. Your work ensures that customers remain satisfied and return for future business, while maintaining the high safety and operational standards expected across the Penske network.
This position is based at 4605 Fulton Industrial Blvd SW in Atlanta, GA 30336. The role operates on a Sunday through Thursday shift from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
