As a Customer Service Coordinator at our Atlanta West location, you will serve as the vital link between our customers and our service operations. Your primary mission is to ensure the seamless scheduling of preventative maintenance and the coordination of outside repairs, all while managing the shop work plan to maximize productivity.
In this role, you will develop daily and weekly workforce plans by analyzing customer needs, estimated unscheduled repairs, parts availability, and technician skill sets. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, communicating updates regarding schedules, work changes, and billing concerns to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business. Additionally, you will coordinate with district billing clerks and hold vendors accountable for quality and adherence to schedules.
This position is based at our Atlanta West facility (4605 Fulton Industrial Blvd SW, Atlanta, GA 30336). The role operates on a Sunday through Thursday shift from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
