About the Role
In this on-site position, you will be the backbone of our shop, ensuring safety and delivering excellent customer service. Your day will involve mounting, balancing, rotating, and repairing tires for passenger and light truck vehicles. You will operate specialized shop equipment, perform basic vehicle inspections, and maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with OSHA guidelines. Beyond the technical work, you will collaborate with teammates to meet productivity goals while providing friendly, respectful service to our customers.

- check_circleFollow all Discount Tire procedures, including torque specs and quality checks
- check_circleAssist with inventory handling, stocking, and movement of tires and wheels
