About the Role
In this hands-on position, you will be the backbone of our service operations, installing, rotating, balancing, and repairing tires while ensuring the highest standards of safety and exceptional customer service. You will work closely with teammates to maintain a clean, organized shop and ensure timely service for every customer.
Your day will involve operating lifts, jacks, and tire service equipment safely and efficiently. Beyond the technical work, you will provide friendly, professional customer service, explaining basic tire recommendations to help our 20 million shoppers make informed decisions. You will also support inventory handling and shop maintenance, ensuring the team has everything needed to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Hiring Process
Candidates with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record are encouraged to apply. On-the-job OSHA-compliant safety training is provided to all new hires.
