Discount Tire is seeking a Tire Technician to join our automotive team. In this hands-on role, you’ll safely mount, dismount, repair, rotate, and balance tires while delivering friendly, efficient service. You’ll inspect tires for wear and damage, operate shop equipment, and help maintain a clean, safe work area.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSafely mount, dismount, rotate, and balance tires and wheels on vehicles
- check_circleInspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation
- check_circlePerform flat repairs following company and industry safety standards
- check_circleOperate lifts, jacks, tire changers, and balancers
- check_circleMaintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
- check_circleProvide friendly customer service and explain tire options
- check_circleAssist with inventory handling, stocking, and organizing tires
- check_circleFollow all company policies and safety protocols including PPE use
Requirements
- verifiedValid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- verifiedASE T7 Medium-Heavy Truck Tire Certification (preferred)
- verifiedTire Industry Association (TIA) Certification (preferred)
