About the Role
In this on-site position, you will be the backbone of our service operations, ensuring safety and delivering excellent customer service. Your day will involve mounting, balancing, rotating, and repairing tires for passenger and light truck vehicles while operating shop equipment with precision. You will collaborate with teammates in a fast-paced environment to meet productivity goals, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and handle inventory needs. Beyond the technical tasks, you will serve as a trusted advisor, providing friendly customer service and explaining basic tire and service information to our guests.
