CACI is seeking a Tier 2 Application Support Analyst to provide advanced service and support for MHS Applications, ensuring we meet or exceed critical contract service objectives. This role is pivotal in maintaining the operational integrity of MHS Genesis and other clinical applications, serving as a bridge between Tier 1 analysts and management.
As a Tier 2 Analyst, you will function as a Subject Matter Expert, resolving complex incidents and assisting Tier 1 staff with difficult cases. Your work directly supports the safety of our nation by ensuring our customers have reliable access to essential systems. You will collaborate closely with Application Support Supervisors to drive process improvements, document resolutions, and foster a team-oriented culture dedicated to high performance.
This position operates on the 2nd or 3rd shift, requiring availability for non-standard hours to support continuous operations. You will spend your day managing inbound incidents, triaging issues, and escalating priority problems according to established procedures. Beyond ticket resolution, you will engage in side-by-side coaching with agents, conduct training sessions, and identify trends in performance to enhance team capabilities.

To be considered for this role, candidates must be U.S. citizens eligible for a Tier I (T1) Public Trust Clearance.
