As an Airport Customer Service Agent Supervisor, you will lead a team of agents while delivering exceptional customer service to passengers across all aspects of arrivals, ticketing, check-in, boarding, and baggage services. This role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth journey for travelers, from their initial welcome to their final departure.
In this position, you will guide passengers through the check-in process, offering support to those with special needs, including unaccompanied minors, VIPs, and passengers requiring wheelchair assistance. You will manage ticketing and reservations via computerized systems, resolve complaints, and direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine. Additionally, you will coordinate with ramp agents to ensure the timely delivery of wheelchairs and gate-checked bags, often pushing wheelchairs through airport terminals to assist travelers directly.
Beyond customer interaction, you will foster a culture of safety by monitoring and enforcing safe working conditions in accordance with regulatory requirements, Unifi policies, and all applicable laws.
