About the Role

As a Production Supervisor at our new Lawnside store, you will play a vital role in supporting the Production Manager and overseeing daily operations in the production room. This position is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with guidance and support provided by the Production Manager.

You will work closely with the production team to ensure efficient workflow, maintain quality standards, and meet production goals. Your day will involve supervising production activities, coaching and developing team members, and ensuring adherence to safety and operational procedures. You will collaborate closely with the Production Manager to optimize productivity, resolve issues, and contribute to the overall success of our thrift store operations. The role requires flexibility to switch tasks or departments based on operational needs and the ability to thrive in a busy, noisy, and brightly lit environment.
