We are growing our Behavioral Health Division across Metro Atlanta, bringing together primary care, psychiatry, therapy, care coordination, senior care, and wellness-focused services. This integrated approach allows therapists to care for patients more comprehensively while collaborating with medical professionals who value behavioral health as an essential component of overall wellbeing.
About the Role
We are seeking compassionate, mission-driven therapists who want to be part of something bigger than a traditional therapy practice. Whether you are an experienced clinician with an established caseload, a therapist looking to grow your practice with organizational support, or a collaborative clinician excited about integrated care, we would love to connect.
Our model is designed to support clinicians by providing operational infrastructure so you can focus more of your energy on patient care and clinical impact. This includes support for scheduling, insurance credentialing, billing, marketing, and technology, freeing you from administrative burdens. We recognize that growing a practice can feel overwhelming and isolating; at Ascend, you benefit from internal referrals, community partnerships, and the flexibility to develop specialty niches in areas like trauma, women's health, LGBTQ+ support, or substance use.
Clinical autonomy matters here. We trust our clinicians as professionals, offering independence in therapeutic approach, flexible scheduling structures, and opportunities to help shape culture and programming. We aim to create an environment where therapists feel supported — not micromanaged.
