The Outpatient Therapist I is dedicated to delivering quality psychosocial assessment and psychotherapy services to individuals navigating mental illness, behavioral challenges, and substance misuse. This position operates across diverse settings, including clinics, community environments, and homes, ensuring care reaches clients where they are most comfortable.
The role is defined by deep collaboration, both within the agency and with external partners. You will work closely with case managers, peer support specialists, and psychiatrists, while also coordinating with schools, courts, and the Department of Community Based Services (DCBS) to provide holistic support. Whether supporting general outpatient populations, youth, adults, or those with co-occurring disorders, your work ensures continuity of care and fosters recovery.
