About the Role
Cinemark Team Members create a welcoming environment for our Guests. You will be quick, accurate, and knowledgeable about movies, special events, upcoming attractions, pricing, and promotions. Your mission is to ensure the highest quality in everything served and to answer guest questions while ensuring a heroic guest experience.
As a Theatre Team Member, you may work cross-functionally as an Usher, Box Office, or Concessionist as staffing needs require. You will be the face of the theatre, greeting guests with a smile, operating the POS system, verifying tickets, and maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging environment for everyone.

Requirements
