This position serves as a strategic architect for Maximus's human resources technology landscape. The role exists to bridge the gap between complex business needs and scalable technological solutions, ensuring that HR functions operate with efficiency, data integrity, and innovation. You will be the driving force behind a 3-5 year HR technology strategy, transforming how the organization collects, maintains, and reports on human resources data.
In this capacity, you will navigate a heavily matrixed organizational environment, coordinating multiple HRIS solutions while partnering closely with HR business partners, IT departments, and legal teams. The day-to-day involves leading cross-functional project teams through major system upgrades, vendor selections, and integrations. You will not only oversee the technical implementation but also ensure that HR staff are equipped with the process improvement techniques necessary to leverage these new tools effectively.
