About the Role
This position serves as a strategic architect for Maximus's HR technology landscape. You will be responsible for assessing the current environment and developing a comprehensive 3-5 year HR technology strategy, objectives, and roadmap. The role exists to drive process improvements and the adoption of innovative tools that enable efficient, scalable, end-to-end HR operations.
In this capacity, you will act as a critical bridge between HR functions and IT. You will partner with HR business partners to understand business needs, provide consultation to enhance decision-making, and collaborate with IT and legal teams to ensure the secure storage and movement of human resources information. The role requires leading cross-functional planning teams for major upgrades and system implementations, managing the HRIS budget, and overseeing data integrity across the suite of HR tools.

Compensation & Benefits
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including job location, education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel, external market conditions, and internal value analysis. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package, which may also include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.
Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
