This position serves as a strategic architect for Maximus's HR technology landscape. You will be responsible for assessing the current environment and developing a comprehensive 3-5 year HR technology strategy, objectives, and roadmap. The role exists to drive process improvements and the adoption of innovative tools that enable efficient, scalable, end-to-end HR operations.
In this capacity, you will act as a critical bridge between HR functions and IT. You will partner with HR business partners to understand business needs, provide consultation to enhance decision-making, and collaborate with IT and legal teams to ensure the secure storage and movement of human resources information. The role requires leading cross-functional planning teams for major upgrades and system implementations, managing the HRIS budget, and overseeing data integrity across the suite of HR tools.
