About the Role

As a strategic leader within Maximus, you will shape the future of our human resources technology landscape. This role exists to bridge the gap between HR business needs and technical execution, ensuring our people operations are powered by scalable, secure, and innovative systems. You will serve as the architect of a 3-5 year HR technology roadmap, driving process improvements that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency across a complex, matrixed organization.

In this position, you will partner closely with HR functions, IT departments, and legal teams to define and implement robust HR processes. Your day-to-day involves leading cross-functional project teams through major system upgrades, vendor selections, and integrations. You will oversee the full lifecycle of HR tools—from design and testing to production support and data stewardship—ensuring data integrity and secure information flow both within and outside the company. Beyond technical implementation, you will mentor HRIS staff in process improvement techniques and manage the HRIS budget to align with strategic goals.
