This position serves as a strategic architect for Maximus's human resources technology landscape. The role exists to bridge the gap between complex business needs and scalable technological solutions, ensuring that HR functions operate with efficiency, data integrity, and innovation. You will lead the development of a 3-5 year HR technology strategy, guiding the organization through major system upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
In this capacity, you will act as a central liaison between HR functions, IT departments, and external vendors. Your day-to-day involves orchestrating cross-functional projects, from defining functional requirements and managing budgets to overseeing the secure storage and movement of sensitive human resources information. You will provide critical consultation to enhance HR decision-making and ensure that the suite of HR tools supports the company's broader strategic goals.

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel, external market conditions, and internal value analysis. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package, which also includes short- and long-term incentives, program-specific awards, health insurance, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
