This position serves as a strategic architect for Maximus's HR technology landscape. The role exists to bridge the gap between human resources strategy and technical execution, ensuring that our HRIS ecosystem scales efficiently to support a complex, matrixed organization. You will be the driving force behind a 3-5 year technology roadmap, transforming how the company collects, maintains, and leverages human resources data.
In this capacity, you will partner closely with HR business partners, IT departments, and legal teams to design and implement innovative tools and processes. Your day-to-day involves leading cross-functional project teams through major system upgrades, vendor selections, and integrations. You will ensure data integrity and security while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, training HRIS staff in advanced process techniques. Ultimately, you will provide the analytical insights and system configurations necessary to enhance HR decision-making across the enterprise.
