This position serves as a strategic architect for Maximus's human resources technology landscape. The role exists to bridge the gap between complex business needs and scalable technological solutions, ensuring that HR systems evolve to support a heavily matrixed organizational environment. You will be responsible for defining the future state of HR operations by developing comprehensive 3-5 year strategies, roadmaps, and objectives that drive efficiency and data integrity.
In this capacity, you will act as a central liaison between HR functions, IT departments, and external vendors. Your day-to-day involves leading cross-functional project teams through major system upgrades, implementations, and integrations. You will oversee the full lifecycle of HR tools, from vendor selection and system configuration to production support and data stewardship. The role demands a deep understanding of secure data movement and the ability to translate technical capabilities into actionable HR processes for the collection, maintenance, and reporting of critical human resources information.

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel, external market conditions, and internal value analysis.
