About the Role
This position serves as a strategic architect for Maximus's human resources technology landscape. The role exists to bridge the gap between complex business needs and scalable technological solutions, ensuring that HR functions are supported by robust, secure, and innovative systems. You will operate within a heavily matrixed organizational environment, coordinating multiple HRIS solutions while driving a 3-5 year technology strategy that aligns with the company's broader mission.
In this capacity, you will lead cross-functional teams through major system upgrades, vendor selections, and integrations. The day-to-day involves partnering closely with HR business partners to understand data needs, collaborating with IT and legal teams to maintain data integrity and security, and managing the full lifecycle of HR tools from configuration to production support. You will also be responsible for training HRIS staff in process improvement techniques and managing the associated budget to deliver efficient, end-to-end processes.
