This position serves as a strategic architect for Maximus's human resources technology landscape. The role is designed to bridge the gap between complex HR business needs and robust technological solutions, ensuring that the organization's people data drives decision-making. You will operate within a heavily matrixed environment, coordinating multiple HRIS solutions while leading cross-functional teams to execute major system upgrades and implementations.
The day-to-day involves partnering closely with HR functions and IT departments to define, design, and implement scalable processes. You will guide the adoption of innovative tools, manage the HRIS budget, and oversee the secure storage and movement of sensitive human resources information. Beyond technical execution, the role requires a strong focus on data integrity, staff training, and providing analytical consultation to enhance HR strategy.
