This position serves as a strategic architect for Maximus's HR technology landscape. The role exists to bridge the gap between human resources strategy and technological execution, ensuring that the organization's people data is secure, accurate, and leveraged for high-impact decision-making. You will operate within a heavily matrixed environment, coordinating multiple HRIS solutions while driving the adoption of innovative tools and scalable processes.
In this capacity, you will lead cross-functional planning teams to execute major system upgrades and implementations. Your day-to-day involves partnering with HR business partners to translate business needs into functional requirements, collaborating with IT and legal teams to maintain data integrity and security, and managing the full lifecycle of vendor selection and system integration. Beyond technical oversight, you will mentor HRIS staff in process improvement techniques and manage the HRIS budget to align with strategic goals.
