This position serves as a strategic architect for Maximus's human resources technology landscape. The role exists to bridge the gap between complex HR business needs and robust technological solutions, ensuring that the organization's people data is secure, accurate, and actionable. You will operate within a heavily matrixed environment, coordinating multiple HRIS solutions while driving a 3-5 year technology strategy that evolves with the company's growth.
In this capacity, you will lead cross-functional teams through major system upgrades, vendor selections, and integrations. Your day-to-day involves partnering closely with HR functions and IT departments to design scalable processes, manage data integrity, and oversee the secure movement of sensitive information. Beyond technical implementation, you will mentor HRIS staff in process improvement techniques and provide high-level consultation to enhance HR decision-making through data analysis.
