This position serves as a strategic architect for Maximus's human resources technology landscape. The role exists to bridge the gap between complex HR business needs and robust technological solutions, ensuring that the organization's people data is secure, accurate, and actionable. You will operate within a heavily matrixed environment, coordinating multiple HRIS solutions while driving a 3-5 year technology strategy that evolves with the company's growth.
In this capacity, you will lead cross-functional teams through major system upgrades, vendor selections, and integrations. Your day-to-day involves partnering with HR functions and IT departments to design scalable, end-to-end processes that enhance decision-making. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of HR tools, from functional requirements and data stewardship to production support and system configuration. A key focus will be maintaining data integrity and security while collaborating with legal and IT to ensure compliance in the storage and movement of sensitive human resources information.
