This position serves as a strategic architect for Maximus's human resources technology landscape. The role exists to bridge the gap between complex HR business needs and robust technological solutions, ensuring that the organization's people data is secure, accurate, and actionable. You will operate within a heavily matrixed environment, coordinating multiple HRIS solutions while driving a 3-5 year technology strategy that supports scalable, end-to-end processes.
In this capacity, you will lead cross-functional planning teams to execute major system upgrades and implementations. Your day-to-day involves partnering closely with HR functions and IT departments to articulate system needs, manage vendor relationships, and oversee the full lifecycle of HR tools—from selection and integration to maintenance and production support. A key focus is fostering a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring HRIS staff are trained in process improvement techniques and that data integrity is maintained across all systems and interfaces.
