This position serves as a strategic architect for Maximus's HR technology landscape. The role exists to bridge the gap between human resources strategy and technological execution, ensuring that the organization's people systems are scalable, secure, and data-driven. You will operate at the intersection of HR, IT, and legal functions to define and deliver a robust 3-5 year technology roadmap.
In this capacity, you will lead cross-functional teams through complex system implementations, upgrades, and integrations. The day-to-day involves collaborating with HR business partners to translate business needs into functional requirements, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing the full lifecycle of HRIS solutions. A key focus is maintaining data integrity and security while fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the HRIS team.
