This position serves as a strategic architect for Maximus's HR technology landscape. The role exists to bridge the gap between human resources strategy and technological execution, ensuring that the organization's people data is secure, accurate, and leveraged for high-impact decision-making. You will operate within a heavily matrixed environment, coordinating multiple HRIS solutions while driving the adoption of innovative tools and scalable processes.
In this capacity, you will lead cross-functional teams through major system upgrades and implementations, from initial vendor selection to production support. Your day-to-day involves partnering closely with HR business partners to translate business needs into technical requirements, while simultaneously collaborating with IT and legal teams to maintain data integrity and security standards. Beyond technical oversight, you will mentor HRIS staff in process improvement techniques and manage the budget and resources required to sustain a robust HR technology ecosystem.
