This position serves as a strategic architect for Maximus's human resources technology landscape. The role exists to bridge the gap between complex business needs and scalable technological solutions, ensuring that HR functions operate with efficiency, data integrity, and innovation. You will lead the evolution of the HRIS ecosystem, transforming how the organization collects, maintains, and leverages human resources information to drive decision-making.
In this capacity, you will navigate a heavily matrixed organizational environment, coordinating multiple HRIS solutions while partnering closely with HR business partners, IT departments, and legal teams. The day-to-day involves developing long-term technology roadmaps, leading cross-functional project teams through major system upgrades, and managing the full lifecycle of vendor selection, implementation, and integration. Beyond technical execution, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement by training HRIS staff and ensuring that all processes are secure, compliant, and aligned with the broader HR strategy.
