This position serves as a strategic architect for Maximus's HR technology landscape. The role exists to bridge the gap between human resources strategy and technological execution, ensuring that our HR information systems are not just functional, but scalable and innovative. You will operate at the intersection of HR, IT, and legal teams to drive a 3-5 year technology roadmap that supports the organization's growth.
In this capacity, you will lead cross-functional initiatives to implement process improvements and manage the full lifecycle of HR tools, from vendor selection and integration to production support. The role requires navigating a heavily matrixed organizational environment to coordinate multiple HRIS solutions, ensuring data integrity and secure information flow across internal and external systems. You will be responsible for guiding the HRIS team in adopting efficient, end-to-end processes while managing the associated budget and staff to achieve strategic goals.
