As a Manufacturing Test Development Manager within our Intelligent Infrastructure division, you will drive transformative growth by applying unique and innovative approaches to solving problems within a large-scale software production environment. This role exists to bridge the gap between complex engineering requirements and world-class manufacturing execution.
You and your team will own the end-to-end architecture, definition, development, and production deployment of software applications and infrastructure spanning multiple customers and manufacturing regions. Your day will involve interfacing with internal engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams, as well as end customers, to ensure software deliverables meet rigorous standards. You will lead a team of software developers and product engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement while coordinating activities during critical operational moments.
