This is a remote position with a specific regional focus, dedicated exclusively to supporting customers in Nevada. While the role is primarily home-based, candidates must reside within or adjacent to the Nevada region. As a high-velocity sales professional, you will hunt within a defined territory to prospect and win net new small to medium business (SMB) customers. Your mission extends beyond the initial sale; you will be responsible for ramping and onboarding these new accounts to expand our customer base and create sticky, long-term relationships.
You will leverage a prioritized call list to drive prospect engagement through a mix of phone, video, face-to-face, and digital tools. This role requires a consultative approach, utilizing professional selling skills to discover incremental and programmatic needs, communicate Staples' value propositions, and close deals. Success in this position demands a strong drive to win, the ability to view rejection as a learning opportunity, and the discipline to function independently with minimal supervision.
